Located in the landmark building "Surrey Lodge" in the leafy suburb of Surrey Hills, near the city of Melbourne, PAMS's offices provide personnel and facilities to meet the wide range of common needs of these organisations.

Account Management - Behind You All The Way

Your Association will be allocated an Account Manager who is an association specialist and who will be responsible for the quality and timeliness of service you will receive from PAMS. He/she will attend your meetings and deliver on the action items.
Your Account Manager can be seen as your Association’s Executive Officer, if that is what you need, who will represent your Association as you prescribe and will coordinate the resources of PAMS to produce the best outcomes for your Organisation.
Your Association Manager is your representative within PAMS - and is working on your behalf.


Admin / Secretarial - Your Front-Of-House

PAMS will answer your phone calls in the name of your Association, Monday-Friday, 9am -5pm. PAMS Reception will be trained to direct your incoming calls as you prescribe.
